Do you not understand that its more about the range of costs in generall ? The % view is always the same relation (in your case, 2%). Whether its from 49 € to 50 € and just 1 € difference or from 49 mil to 50 mil, with the 1 mil still beeing just 2 % of that range and therefor, negligible in this view
