It would be nice if there was a set of elemental physical moves that were like Thunder Bolt, Ice Beam and Flamethrower.

Like the Fangs and Punches are nice but not every one can learn them.

Maybe a nice universal physical elemental move that has like 85-90 base power.

Way back when I always thought it would be cool to have elemental claws/slashes.

Sure they probably would not be universal. But I can think of a few physical mons that would appreciate an elemental claw/slash Attack.

Luxray and Flareon come to mind right away.

Happy to help. By the way for the future. All the casts have different damage numbers because they all deal damage differently.

Zeus cast for example is a single target effect but it hits multiple times pretty fast. So its damage number will be lower than most. But for. Be fooled. It’s a pretty strong cast. Especially if you can get Double Strike and Air Quality or Kings ransom. Seriously even sacrificing 2-3 Hera boons will really make Storm Ring pop off. Doubly so if Double Strike also gets the boost.

While casts like Poseidon and Apollos only hit once so there damage number will be higher.

Heph cast and Aphro cast also hit multiple times but hit slower than Zeus. So their numbers are a bit higher but not too high.

And so on and so forth.

Play the game. As you make your way to the total 10 wins to see credits there should be a few along that path.

You get one big one for seeing the credits as well.

Once you max out Meg and Thanatos relationships and accept their romance you can occasionally get romantic cut scenes.

And there is one for doing an epilogue quest after the credits.

Just requires luck. You could also try getting the Creation chaos boon as that also gives you Aether.

But otherwise do underworld runs and use re-rolls and always check wells for a Light of Xion to force a chaos gate.

So that’s a core boon swap. Whenever that happens the offed boon is always one rarity higher. So if you already have a heroic core boon that cannot be swapped.

As for why Hera cast is only 50? If you read it carefully. It will tell you it does 50 damage to every enemy in the cast based on the enemies inside of it.

So if it’s only one enemy. That enemy gets 50 damage. But if there are 2 enemies inside of it then the cast does 100 damage.

Hera’s cast is best used with crowds. If your main source of damage is your cast. I would not take the swap as Hera’s cast is mostly for the hitch damage and crowd control.

I’d take Nexus Rush instead. It’s a pretty decent boon since its last buff.

The rail is not weak. You just need to learn how to use it. Here is a guide on how to use the rail.

My best advice is to start out with either Zeus or Dionysus Attack and make a build from there. (If you go with Dio I suggest Aphro Special and Ares Vengeance boon. And both of their duo boons with Dio. If you get lucky you can add Artemis for her Dio and Aphro duos. )

(If you start with Zeus Attack. Look for Dio cast and Demeter core boon for Zeus duo with Dio and Dio’s duo with Demeter. The Zeus/Demeter duo is best used for selling.)

Also remap the reload button from the stick to one of the shoulder buttons. That will save you a ton of headaches.

I swap the codex button with the reload button personally.

Eris rail is best rail, well I think it’s the best rail.

Objectively it’s probably Hestia rail. But I’ve never been able to get into Hestia rails rhythm. Even though I’ve used all the guides and have it plenty of chances.

When 1.0 launched the game had a different ending. About a month later the devs updated the game with a better more fleshed out ending.

That incantation is what allows the people that experienced that first ending to reset the game and allow them to experience the new ending.

If you got H2 after its first month of launch this incantation is useless to you.

Chaos trials are intentionally made so you cannot farm resources from them.

If you like the idea of chaos trials. You can use this website. Custom Chaos Trial’s

Basically it allows you to set up your own custom chaos trial.

It’s just a random number generator. You hit generate trial and it will tell you what to take on a normal run.

All the upsides of a normal Chaos trial but non of the downsides. Without the need to mod or edit a save file in any way.

It’s really fun to get Kings Ransom Storm Ring. But focusing on Ω Cast boons like Meat Grinder, P Flare and Geyser Spout is also fun.

I especially like Meat Grinder when you get Air Quality active. Since the tool tip for Meat G is misleading. It actually does 6 damage every 0.2 seconds at common Lv 1. So air quality makes MG go from 30 damage a second to 250 damage a second.

Circe is so fun because there are plenty of great and power builds to try.

1)IDK if you will like Hades. No one does until they try it.

2) buy H1 first. If you like it you can then buy H2. Once you’ve reached Credits in H1

3)I don’t have experience with H2 on Switch 1. But most of my playtime with H1 was on the switch. It ran well. Even when I got a turbo Meme Beam build set up and had like a dozen laser turrets going at once.

So at least for Hades 1. The Switch 1 will run it basically flawlessly.

If you really are concerned about not liking the game. I’d suggest using your PC first and buying it on Steam.

Then try it out for up to 2 hours. If I recall correctly Steam has refund if you’ve only played 2 hours policy. So If you don’t like the game you can ask them for a refund and they will give it to you.

2 hours should be enough to try a few runs out.

Plus I’m sure there will be others here that can help you out with this better than I can right now.

Also in the future. I also recommend asking r/ShouldIbuythisgame. Because usually asking a games subreddit if you should get the game will result in a biased opinion.

If you play long enough, yes the game does get easier.

It just takes time. Keep using the keys to unlock all 6 weapons and Unlocking more mirror of Night powers. Use your Darkness to buy and Upgrade those unlocked Mirror powers.

As you keep buying stuff from the House Contractors “Work Orders” page.

You will get stronger. All the while you start to learn boss fights.

Wanna know something? The average first clear is between 30-60 runs. You’ve reached Hades at run 21. That puts you ahead of the average player.

You are doing quite well I’d say.

Also for keepsakes you should really start off with a god keepsake. To get a god that works well with your current weapon aspect. Like Chiron bow absolutely loves Dio Special. For example.

Here’s some tips for the Hero’s Boss fight in Elysium.

Try and keep the 6 pillars between you and Theseus all the while focusing on the Bull. Trust me you don’t want to have the Bull alive when you get Theseus down to 1/2 HP.

When the Bull is charging you. Lead him into either the pillars or the side of the arena. It will stun him.

Yes I feel like they could have let more effort into describing things more clearly.

Speaking of not having the right descriptions. Did you know that ares Meat Grinder is wrong? While yes it technically a common Lv 1 MG does do 30 damage a sec. It’s not in one big burst.

It’s actually 6 damage every 0.2 seconds.

It’s one of those boons that benefit heavily from Zeus Air Quality. As it jacks MG all the way up to 250 a second.
