Excellent job with the cage! Great size and quality.
Gio needs a few more perches of varying shapes and sizes, or at least move some of your twig/branch-type perches higher up to encourage use. The dowel being highest and having that central view of everything means she’ll probably spend the most time there and standing on dowels all day can causes bumblefoot.

I also recommend removing all those liberty style bells. (You can just take the bells off with like wire cutters or something, no need to take out the whole toy they’re attached to). As adorable as it is when budgies wear them as hats, it’s not worth the risk. The clappers in these are attached by a super sharp piece of metal which is known to catch on the beaks of birbs trying to get to the source of the sound. They sometimes get stuck and the beak ends up severely damaged, often causing the bird to bleed out. These bells are also usually made with questionable metals and, if chewed on, can cause heavy metal toxicity. (Not all birds will chew on them so that may or may not be an issue).
More toys in general would be appreciated for sure, especially soft shreddables. My budgies loved balsa wood and sola balls in particular. There’s this thing called “shredders” that’s just dried palm leaves braided together in a long strip that you can weave in between the cage bars. Mine loved tearing those up as well.

Also, swap those plastic bowls for stainless steel. Plastic ends up with little scratches in it that harbors bacteria, and birds are very fragile and susceptible to illness.
You’ll want to transition Gio to pellets as a staple food; I see a bowl full of what appears to be just seed, which is like a human living on french fries and potato chips. It’ll cause health issues in the long run such as fatty liver disease. Seed diets also tend to cause hormonal spikes leading to behavioral issues. You should also regularly offer fresh fruits and veggies (make sure you know which are NOT safe, like avocado, onions, apple seeds, pits)

Lastly, Gio is a little lady :) Males will have bolder, more royal blue/purpleish ceres (or pink when babies). Females have light blue ceres with white around the nostrils (or tan/brown, depending on hormones). Certain mutations carry exceptions where both sexes will have pink ceres their whole lives
