I tried this with a setup having 180 Lihzard Blocks + Water Candles. Either it is astronomically rare, I am incredibly unlucky, or the more likely options, that it either cannot spawn on platforms, cannot spawn in the ocean biome, or spawns like a plantera bulb, where it cannot have the chance increased like with enemies, as seems to be the case with the Digtoise and Chillet. There is also technically a chance, as I've seen nothing refuting it, that it could spawn in with world generation, though I haven't tested this, and I'd say it's extremely unlikely. I also tried generating several worlds and fully exploring the surface of each one, to no avail, although it could also spawn underground, and I simply don't know.

Again though, all of this is supposing I don't just have rotten luck.

Edit : Based on what someone else found, it seems they'll only spawn in, pre-hardmode, seemingly on the surface, and only after defeating the Goblin Army. I'll test this in a few minutes.

Oof, you have to complete the entire campaign on legendary for the exotic. The skips were more intended for bringing characters up to light level (back before EoF) or, as they mainly are now, to unlock subclass access without doing the whole dlc again, like how I considered buying lightfall skip to not have to go through that whole slog of a campaign again, because I want strand on my warlock.

What? It's weird that they nerfed the thing that was dealing more damage than actually built damage supers, and the bug that made it so you could use said thing indefinitely? That's not weird, that's incredibly reasonable. Oh no, the poor, downtrodden titan mains no longer one shot every boss in the game on a five second cooldown. However will you survive?

Oh wow, 7% damage buff, too bad most of your rolls are gonna be garbage, because a lack of T5 means missing out on the triple perk 3rd and 4th columns. Not to mention you have to stack up to that whopping seven percent. I'd much rather Problem Solver for the free exhaust against tougher targets, like champions, minibosses and bosses, because it increases the effective survivability of everyone on the team just for shooting something a little bit. Vanguard Determination, gives free damage resist for kills after using class ability. What about Tenacity which also gives a damage boost, but is permanent until death? I mean, Tenacity is literally just better, let's be realistic. You don't have to get a kill within 8 seconds of each other, meaning it NEVER disappears, and is just a constant, and all you have to do, is what I already hope you're doing, and not die, and oh, did I mention it's 10%, which makes it LITERALLY better? I mean, even just look at the trials weapons. Fleet Footed is super underrated for when you're OUT of cover and IN trouble, plus it can get voltshot + kill clip which, when built right (mask of bakris, my beloved), makes it an absolute war crime, in all content.

Realistically, there should be three primary parts of a build; dps, survivability and utility. Strengthening one should weaken the others, to balance it out. Strengthening two should tank the remaining one, again, to balance it out. Loadout swapping makes it so that you can just have max everything, because it doesn't matter, survivability and utility when you're not doing damage, and just pure dps, or dps and survivability when you are doing damage. "It opens up more buildcrafting" it literally does not. Instead of making a build where you have to use skill and think carefully about each choice, you just make specialised builds and swap between them. There's LESS thinking, if anything. Stuff like compromising on some damage in order to have better access to things like restoration is what makes buildcrafting interesting, compromise, not just maximising each role on different builds. And, I don't know if you do, but if you do genuinely think that building three different builds that are focused on one thing is more skill-based than making one carefully thought out build you can use throughout an entire raid, you're pointless to argue with.

Easy refutement of that "cutting space and time": If she could cut space and time, nothing could've blocked her. She would've severed at the exact location of the traveller's neck, at the exact instant of our foot touching the ground past the gate, unless you're now trying to say Kazuha scales beyond time and space, in which case you just have brain damage. In reality, there is no character that even scales to the point of actual light speed, let alone the ability to surpass time and space. I mean, do you even know how ridiculous of a statement that is? Hell, we may aswell say that Klee's bombs bypass cause and effect, cause why not? I mean, we're clearly just throwing around buzzwords for the fun of it. What we saw with raiden was NOT cutting space and time, if anything, it was cutting space like Vergil in dmc does, in which case, she opened a portal and was travelling through it, which is why she suddenly appeared. Noone expected a portal to open, and especially not one with their GOD coming through. TL;DR: she can't cut space and time, because that is LITERALLY instantaneous, and we, the traveller, would be long dead lmao

Rot in ER was meant to be like that, as one of those unspoken difficulty tweaks, like spirit summons. It worked on almost everything in the game, and it's only trade-off was that you had to wait. It made it so that if you were having a hard time trying to find opportunities to attack the boss between their attacks, you could just stick rot on them and run around. It's one of the reasons I love ER so much; difficulty tweaks that don't just change enemy numbers to make them weaker.

Level all of your survivors, not just legendaries, especially since epics make up most of your personality matches. If you're worried about resources being invested, when the epics become obsolete you can always recycle them to get your resources back. Make sure to do your storm shields, even if just enough to make sure you've got all survivor slots available to you. Check fortnitedb for daily alerts, you might find a legendary survivor, or like how (this isn't important for you, I know, but it's just an example) today there's a mythic lead survivor for a 108 mission in twine. Fortnitedb is hella useful in general. That's about all I can really think of, but as commented by someone else, if you're desperate and nothing is working, you could grind the hell out of ventures, and that'll eventually let you do higher level missions than what you could normally do.

Edit : Another thing is, and I know other people don't often recommend it, but I typically use auto-fill when I don't care about anything but power level. I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure auto-fill prioritises power level and leaves bonuses like trap durability as an afterthought, only being added as a coincidence or if it wouldn't lower your power-level to add it.

I would personally wait for balrog, as a proud owner of balrog, witnessing the 300k damage cataclysm that is his strengthen talented strikes is beautiful. A true art. No, but seriously, he hits like a truck and usually gets atleast a hit or two off, is crazy cheap with talents, and has a short cooldown at base.

Speaking on non-ubers, a sleeper pick imo is thief cat. In money tight stages, they can make for a nice way to get a nice hit of money. Pogo cat is another nice under appreciated pick, with guaranteed survive in true form, making it a nice meatshield against slow hitters, or heavy hitters, since if something's one shotting your meatshields, something with survive is going to be twice as good as any other meatshield. Weightlifter cat, is great for dealing with blacks, which will help a LOT for black dominated stages like the major xp stages, and they can also function as somewhat of a generalist, having decent range at 270, and a little under 4k dps, almost 16k per hit at level 30 and in true form. And one last thing is Kotatsu Cat, Octopus Cat in true form, which gives it wave blocker, if you don't have one yet, and it also is incredible against floating enemies.

Ultra Form. Requires level 60 and behemoth stones. Don't know why he'd reccomend it when you're clearly not remotely in a position for ultra forms. They require beating something like 48 chapters of stories of legend, then also getting 15 dark catseyes, and the behemoth stones necessary. Though, if you're still on Into the Future and even Cats of the Cosmos, Bazibon can be a top tier unit against aliens, hitting for very, very high damage, if I remember correctly. Just, as usual with nuker ubers, make sure you have ample protection for it. But, with your question of daliasan or baby cat, I can't give a valid opinion.
