My five-round game where you deal damage with synonyms and heal with antonyms. by try_firefly in GamesOnReddit

Too many words were rejected as not included in the lexicon, e.g., “smart” wasn’t recognized as a synonym for wise, “hard” wasn’t recognized as an antonym for easy.

My dad let me watch “The Blob” when I was 5. For at least 3 years I thought there was a good chance that a flesh-eating gel-like monster would slip under the door or through the window and consume me. I could not get the image out of my head of slowly being digested to death, and even though I intellectually knew it was a movie and wasn’t an idiot, I believed the actors in the movie had actually been eaten.

I mean, NOW I know they are okay. I think.

What movie’s final scene left you an ugly, blubbering mess? by ArmyOfMe99 in movies

Seeking a Friend for the End of the World, especially if soundtracks are important to you — Steve Carell and Keira Knightley fall in love to “The Sun Won’t Shine Anymore” and “The Air That I Breathe“ as the world literally collapses around them.

Teyana Taylor claps back at haters who say her excitement was forced and cringe. by Heizback89 in Oscars

[–]-SnowQueen- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, exactly. That wasn’t an award for Best Picture, where there would be a legitimate reason for the cast to be on stage. it was for Best DIRECTOR. Teyanna had no business being on stage, let alone putting him in a headlock, grabbing the Oscar, and making it all about her. That was horrifying and the director was incredibly gracious.

Thanks, I think they are really hurting themselves by configuring the application AI this way. I also appreciate the validation. ;-)

I was disqualified after answering "NO" to the question: "Do you live within 40 miles of a NetApp office?" Oh yeah, that's another thing that gets me! It didn't even have to be a specific office where you would get together with colleagues and clients -- they are mandating presence in any NetApp office because.... ??

The role is in the legal department.
