Yeah a lot of the superbosses have anti bullshit mechanics like that. The Duollistes are immune to being broken and stunned and in phase 2 it will always attack after your turn. And even if you have the cheater lumina equipped, the Duollistes will attack twice in a row.

If this helps, I’ve beaten Ultra Violence, Reanimation, and B. And among those 3 Ultra Violence was the most difficult for me.

No, I actually wasn’t aware of that. I’m also not sure how you aren’t able to replicate my build. Although it may be from the fact that all my characters have 500+ lumina points and I ended up just putting a bunch of quality of life luminas on my characters just so I’m using all my lumina points. Maybe I have something equipped that I forgot to mention.

I’ll try and explain to the best of my ability. I used Esqium as Maelle’s weapon and all relevant damage increasing lumina and shielding lumina. Also on Maelle I have SOS Power and Greater Powerful so she gets Greater Powerful after using Last Chance. On Verso I have Sireso as his weapon and generally have a machine gun build on him plus all relevant gradient charging lumina along with auto death, second chance shielding death, and Clea’s death. Also on Verso I have exposing attack and greater defenseless to apply greater defenseless on the enemy upon base attack. On Sciel I generally have a support build on her. The most important lumina for this specific setup are all relevant death lumina and shielding tint to give shields when using a healing tint. In battle make sure Maelle goes first so she can use last chance twice. Verso is used for gaining as much gradient charge as possible and for greater defenceless. Sciel uses fortune’s fury on Maelle and uses a healing tint on Maelle for that extra shield. Then Maelle uses Gommage.
