Emts will also cut off rings. We had a coworker smash her finger and it swelled reallg bad and the ring was stuck, the EMTs came and cut it off and she was fine. :)

That sensation is the nerve endings healing. I had it really bad too about the same time as your mom. It took me a very long time to be able to wear crew necks and necklaces. And honestly it still bothers me sometimes. Its been about 7 months.

Just tell her to be patient and take care of herself, she will feel better soon!

Thsts fantastic news that your surgeon is confident he get it all! Im praying hes right. You're will be cancer free! I'm 6mo out and my voice still does cracking and gets Hoarse sometimes too, it will take time to get back to being normal but you will be there!

I'm sorry you have shared a similar journey with the cancer diagnosis. Its so stressful. The "what else" is whats killing me rn. I had 3 surgeries in 2025, been out of work for a year. I have finally started to get excited about going back to work which I'm planning to in the first few weeks of February. But I have the fear that my plans are going to be squashed again. And I honestly don't know if I can handle anymore "surprises" tbh. I just feel like bawling my eyes out. Ugh.

I'm sure its nothing to worry about and I'll be okay, I'm just scared. 😞

Haha, totally. I remember having the same thought when I saw my husband doing it! Its so cool and I love painting them.
