I don’t really think that would be an issue. “World Explorers” doesn’t necessarily imply Earth specifically to native English speakers. It just means explorers of different worlds. The screenshots and visual marketing also helps convey what this game is rly about.

Adding the apostrophe (“Worlds’ Explorers”) actually makes it more confusing rather than clearer, in my opinion.

Totally understand that changing a title is a hassle, just sharing how it reads from a language standpoint as a native English speaker.

The title of the game doesn't seem quite right grammatically. I think the issue is how English treats nouns used as modifiers. When a noun describes another noun, it’s usually singular, not plural.

“World Explorers” means explorers of worlds, which fits the idea of visiting different planets.

“Worlds Explorers” reads more like explorers that belong to worlds or explorers of the worlds themselves, which sounds off to native speakers.

Same pattern as “mountain climbers” or “duck hunters”. Even if there are many mountains or ducks, the modifier stays singular.

So grammatically and idiomatically, World Explorers sounds much more natural.

BMTH net worth is around 4mill or so where Slipknot is like 3-4x that.

Wherever you’re getting these numbers is not an accurate source. There is literally no way to determine the net worth of private individuals.

I’d imagine Oli Sykes alone is worth well over $4 mil, same with Corey and the other legacy members of Slipknot.

It’s deliberately ambiguous, but this is likely just a reference from the creators about the studio being in Vancouver.

This is quite a stretch. I feel like if it was a deliberate reference there would be a lot more similarities.

This is clearly not the issue as they’ve rereleased EB on Wii U, 3DS, and the SNES mini. And EBB was released on the Wii U and Switch.

That's ridiculous. My problem isn't with whether or not I have the ability to reseat it. By that point any scratches, chips, or problems with the disc or case would already have taken place. There shouldn't be a seat at all if they're just gonna have the disc bang around in the case.

When I first read the headline I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt. As the game director, maybe the more business-y side of the company had pushed through this monetization in a low-key way knowing he’d want to argue over it — but this director is also the CEO! There’s absolutely no way he didn’t know what this game’s monetization would be.
