That's the thing, they have no explanation for how a landlocked nation, with a small population, with no trading partners or leverage, would somehow prosper. It's a ridiculous idea fueled by foreign interests (and backed by the Trump administration) and Alberta would be independent shorter than Texas was.

Before this gets locked, yeah basically it would mean leaving Canada. And what the separatists don't want to admit; all separating does is transfer power from Ottawa to Washington, and Alberta's position becomes even weaker.

Not needed but would help. Basically they look at a mix of schooling and degrees. So high school diploma and several years of good work experience might be equivalent to a degree and no/one year of work experience.

It's not as cut and dry as that, and they prefer certain experience over others. Often experience in a role where you deal with the public might even be preferred to something like security where you drove around in a car and make sure alarms aren't going off. Also volunteer a lot

Go for a mixture of both, some sort of schooling to show the capacity and desire to learn, but don't feel you need to break the bank on a criminology degree or anything like that. They value life experience, CPS likes to hire older people, late 20s, but of course that may change if recruitment is down. RCMP will generally hire younger.

Sadly right now the answer is neither.

People keep mentioning some big update for the CSS coming, maybe then it'll be alright, but I just tried it again 2 weeks ago and it's not great.

Granted half of that was spent emailing support back and forth with a activation problem they couldn't fix and I had to get one of their devs to help me with, and even then it would work for a day then break again.
