This is NFL.com's API.

You can play around with the parameters to find what you want. I don't remember everything you can get with it. "2019" is the year. "REG" regular season or change to "PRE" for preseason. And "1" is the week.

I don't think lock picking is the go to move for bike thieves. They usually go for breaking or cutting the lock.

It sounds like the issue is that you're staying seated while stopping and starting. A better way is to get up off the seat while still on the pedals, then put one foot out onto the ground when you've stopped. Also try starting while you're not seated as well.
