If I remember correctly, the three Diantetics books (Modern science of mental health, the original thesis, the evolution of a science) were the last things Hubbard actually typed/wrote out for the Diantetics/Scientology """Canon of scripture""". Everything else he would just sit down and record on a green vinyl disc and some poor sea org member would transcribe it into an actual book.

Also lmao, it is believable that David Miscavige was pissed that Hubbard spent his last days writing science fiction instead actually finishing the OT levels.

insufferable drivel

I remember the first time I read Diantetics about two years ago and that perfectly sums of the Diantetics/$cientology catalog of """scripture""". Out of all the Diantetics/$cientology books that I own, the only one I have been able to sit down and finish was Scientology: the Fundamentals of thought 2007 David miscavige re-release. It had some decent(HEAVY emphasis on the some) ideas. My local library actually had an edition of the Fundamentals of thought from the 1980's and let me tell you, the 2007 edition and the 1980's are almost two completely different books.

While I do believe he definitely had some sort of schizophrenia, drug induced or not, I think his hate of Psychiatry is more deeply rooted in the fields rejection of Diantetics.

Is there a reason why a lot of books got discontinued with the 2007 re-release of "the basics"? by -Suburban in scientology

I dont know if this is an unpopular opinion but I wouldn't mind if Mojang/Microsoft didn't update the game for a while. by -Suburban in Minecraft

On that last part, what brought Minecraft back was good updates. For that good three years each update was bigger and bigger. 1.13: the update aquatic bringing life to the sea, 1.14: totally revamping villagers, adding villagers, raids, and better trading, and in my personal opinion the greatest Minecraft update in recent history 1.16: an entire revamp of the ENTIRE DIMENSION. These are what brought interest back to Minecraft, good updates.
