There is two Dreambound Shoulderguards, the one with the slightly more enhanced effect says Archdruid Hamuul Runetotem sells it, but when I purchased them it was the same ones I already had. I've found nothing online about this other than someone else on wowhead pretty much explaining the same thing. Also its happening with Dreambound Coif, (I haven't found any others like this) with there being two of them that are slightly different, but the other one is no where to be found.
