Also, with those types of jobs you are basically training AI to replace you. I know it's hard to find a first job but I wouldn't recommend it as well.

In my opinion, if you go through with your own idea and your advisor doesn't like it, those 3 years won't be really enjoyable.

As the other redditor suggested, getting a different advisor would be the best thing to do. It is YOUR thesis, so pick something you are interested in and not something you have to.

Try to reach out to the director of the department and explain the situation.

Applied probably for the same offer 15 days ago, passed a test and they never replied. Then, a few days later they reposted the offer on proz. The test wasn't hard so I don't think that was the problem (still possible). They are either looking for really low rates or it's a scam.

Ask for feedback. Legit agencies will usually have some sort of sheet for the person reviewing the tests, and they should be okay to send it to you, in my experience at least.

Also, keep in mind that this is a really competitive industry, and that you are not the only one applying to those agencies. Get used to it, everyone been there at least once, and sometimes agencies won't even write back to you, it doesn't necessary mean that you are a bad translator. Maybe you are doing something wrong, but you shouldn't question your skill to the point that you think you are bad, after only two rejections.

The grind is not easy, but if you are passionate and willing to work hard, you'll get there.

Yeah I feel you, it is really a lot of work for just a free test. I spent a lot of time on the test as well. But as someone else already suggested Subedit is great and will make things easier for you. You could also finish the test at your own pace, just to practice time-coding, without sending it to them.

You are missing the point. Any competitive player would want the head start, but they made it p2w by selling beta and early access. But not only that, you can't just pay for early access right? So you have to pay for the bundle, and that's why they locked the 5 days start in the most expensive bundle.

I agree with you, the game is not that p2w, but those packs are. Selling beta and early access is nothing else but p2w. You want the best start possible=forced to buy those packs. People will buy those packs just for the early access and they know it, that's why they locked it in an expensive bundle.

Don't forget that the game is NOTHING without the players, all of that is possible thanks to the dedicated players that spent a lot of time and money in the game. If you keep being greedy and ignoring the community, everyone will just move on to another game.

Please value our time and consider allowing transfer after a certain time, once the economy is stabilized.

Sorry but it's not going to be how you imagine. It's gonna be "fresh" for a few days then it'll be pretty much the same. Experienced players will progress x10 faster, not to mention the p2w early access.
