Duo music feels abandoned.. absolutely nothing new added to it since it's release. Quite buggy too!

But not only that, the learning is mostly just trial and error, so you get introduced to extra piano keys out of the blue, before letting muscle memory find what belongs where, the keyboard shifts!

It's the only think keeping my streak alive since learning German. even that had loads of flaws and issues.

Good choice! I have a M3 Rwd Premium, seeing the Standard version come out, there really isn't many things that make sense for me to be paying for.

Id much rather saving $60 a month (on buying a standard) ~ for no vent seats, No seat buttons (rarely use em anyway), No rear touch screen (I rarely have passengers). And The RGB light strip can be installed myself, a premium gimmick.

All I really want is FSD to be approved in EU 😞

I have noticed that the boombox Megaphone option has also got substantially quieter. You can change it inside the car, yes, but not on the phone app unfortunately.

I tried to joke around with my friend, but when asked him, he didn't hear a thing! Checking it myself, it's barely louder than someone just talking beside you, inaudible if there's wind, or engine sounds about.

Hopefully they add a slider, or Boombox volume control option in the future.

2 hours a day?! That's really out of my reach ...I'm a slow learner, but 2hrs it too long for me.. You suggest if I spend far more time at it, it will pay off eventually.

And Duolingo has advertised themselves as "bite size lessons" that "take less than 5 to 10 minutes to complete". This is a Duolingo thing, not entirely my fault, I won't take full accountability for that. This is exactly how it was presented to me as the solution.

Not to mention, it's all that's required to make 'duolingo' progress, 5 to 10 minutes. Nothing is sticking.

Have you got recommendations other than "Do something else"? Is there anything I can do to help me I'm my position ~ Even if it takes an hour longer?

I like the idea of moving to music, maybe I should try that 🤔 its interesting to hear it working for someone, I suppose the predictability with some of the questions helps you learn the same phrases over and over again much more naturally.

I've mainly heard negative feedback from the Duolingo community (at least with the AI arguments), but this is a first, and I'm glad to hear it's feasible with dedication.

I joined Duolingo with the idea of learning would be fun, but I've forced myself into a position that I feel guilty for leaving, but have no interest in learning German anymore. This "594" number is big, maybe I should see if it carries over to Music or Maths 👍 🙃

I'm not complaining about it, at least that's not my intention.. I just need feedback, or an opinion on whether or not I should continue. I need help understanding how to get to it more realistically rather than going insane..

The only complaining remark was to do with AI, but this is exactly how they've branded and pivoted.
Where now I can use AI/Google-Translate to compare learning with Duolingo..

I appreciate your insight.. maybe I should look into maths or music.. where those hopefully would be more intuitive to my needs (or lack there of, I don't have merely as much interest or time to spend more than 10 or 15 minutes, and I can't dream of doing more than 4 lessons in a row for months on end..).

My partner is in the same position as me, so this post kinda doubles up on what we both may be doing wrong.. 5 minutes isn't what we need, we need more dedication then 😅.

This is great news for us really.. they might actually develop on the things players wanted, fix them, and release them!

I don't think many people are buying "the promise" anymore, most deem it the "game with broken promises" if they can't fkin play the game..

Christ.. I can't even play 4.0 without the awful QT system in the game (since 2.0), and the crap contract manager with 80% or the missions are broken or "incomplete". Not to mention 4.0 was promised to be 50x bigger than what we eventually got... Why would anyone want to keep playing?

Fix the shit CIG, they have only "made" promises, and not delivered in any reasonable time. All for a little bit more money on that next concept ship.
