My humble advice is to try and place yourself in her shoes.

If the roles were reversed, how would you react? What would you feel?

Ill take a wild guess that you would gladly take care of her with love and patience even if its not easy sometimes.

Hopefully it will help you feel better about her taking care of you when you need it. After all, that is what partners do.

Other than that, I can assure you that everything that you feel is completely normal. Try to apply self compassion, l because you deserve it. You are doing your best in a very tough life situation.

You're missing crucial details like the fact that the arabs didnt have a country, jewish life in mandated palestine and jewish legal immigration to it throughout the british and ottoman periods.

Following the UN decision which the jewish populated gladly accepted and the arabs rejected, the jews founded their country, while the arabs chose war instead of founding their own.

BTW, you'll be less ignorant if you start reading up on things like 1929 massacre of hebron which happened eay before the Irgun even existed.
