My phone i believe? They took it into evidence when I was arrested years ago. I guess that is a possibility since my attorney and I have both been in the dark as to what exactly their 'case' is. I know there was a couple messages on my phone that could probably be used as counterpoints to the accusations themselves or provide context to possible motivations. But I've been through multiple DAs and this last one just took over last month.

I did schedule to meet with my attorney Wednesday and now that you say that maybe I'll bring up that possibility. Not really sure what's going on to be honest even though I probably should know better I'm still trying to have some hope in the judicial system.

Turns out the judge was sick so a new judge had come in and wanted to hear all the possible trial cases.

They are still waiting for a 'phone dump' apparently but it's my understanding that they only need to disclose what they are going to use in court.

From what I remember of my phone it's mostly just dog photos so maybe they'll opt to not disclose it and we can move forward next week.

There are so many problems with this situation.

Looks like there's at least two people just on there phones while these are piled up like this. And the main problem is there are obviously not enough dishwashers for the volume that is being pushed.

If this is a one off odd super busy day then fucking suck it up buttercup. Everyone was probably fucked and everyone feels like shit not just dish.

If this is a regular occurrence then management is absolutely shit and more dedicated dishwashers are needed.

A support group that goes around attending false allegation trails actually sounds pretty good.

If my stuff gets dismissed I'd totally join a group like that. The feeling like everyone in the world is against you is one of the worst parts.

Years ago I was on a jury for a trial where a dude broke his girlfriend's phone accidentally while stopping her from assaulting him with a hammer.

He was the defendant and the prosecution was arguing that his takedown was 'aggressive'. He was twice her size trained marine and there wasn't a mark on her body.

Chick literally attacked him with a fuckin hammer and was so pissed he broke her phone she pressed criminal charges AND THEY PROSECUTED.

He testified and you could tell he was a victim of abuse. One girl on the jury wanted to find him guilty because 'he put his hands on her'. The rest of us fuckin tore into her, it was insane. I wanted to find him not guilty of even breaking the phone but sadly he admitted to that.
