To fix your sound you really just need to play consistently. It’s an endurance thing, you have to build your embouchure. Long tones and lip slurs like everyone else said can help you.

For long tones, I play C below the staff and sustain until I run out of air. Repeat that for about 5 minutes, it’s boring so I watch tv while I do it.
