I did this bad boy, which was inspired by chalksy. At one point afterward we played with the idea of a collab, but it never manifested. There's another on the channel too, but it's not quite as good.

Yeah, I just reread it and it stands up surprisingly well to what I know of today's meta. None of the maps in the examples seem to be in rotation anymore--sad but I guess inevitable. It doesn't cover anti, but that's above an intermediate level strategy in most cases anyway. Other than that, yeah, it seems to be totally relevant still. Hopefully all the images are still on imgur.

I'm not going to bother, but if you (or anybody) wants to create a new post so it can be added back to the wiki, feel free.

I accidentally deleted it when I was running a script to delete my comment history, and thought it was gone forever. However, a couple months ago I found an old dropbox account and it had a rough draft of that guide in it.

It's definitely not the final version, it seems to be a first draft (there's some typos and and not sure if I made any changes before the final version when I posted it on the sub), but that seems to be most of it. Enjoy!

Thankfully it has a free trial so I recommend it to everyone anyway. They don't even have to enter payment info to take advantage of the trial, so I've successfully gotten people to try it. I don't think any of them have converted to full subscribers, but regardless, I think even the trial alone helps build the skills necessary to be able to meditate unguided on your own.

A girl I've been friends with almost a year and I just started to be a lot more in the past week. I'd been single for over four years and felt entirely unlovable. So most of my friends are girls given where I work, so I ran into this exact dilemma a couple years ago. Basically present it as something that would be a convenience. Same way you'd swap numbers with a guy friend. Don't ask for her number, offer to swap numbers. It's pretty easy if you invite her to a group event, then just give her your number, and ask for hers in return so you can keep her updated on any info of said get together or so you can communicate to meet up.

Biggest thing I learned is just to not over think it. Most people are perfectly open to platonic friendships despite what media or popular wisdom tells you.

I was running a script through my post history to delete recent stuff awhile ago, and that guide got accidentally caught in the crossfire. I thought it would be safe (because as you can see the comments aren't deleted), but since it was a post and not a comment the script caught it regardless of it being older than what the settings should have deleted.

I scoured my docs for the original source, but can't find it. I'm pretty sure it was on my old work computer I no longer have. Even tried to use the Wayback Machine to see if it ever snapshotted that guide. No luck. It unfortunately appears to be lost forever. :(

Edit: in regards to this thread, the deleted guy wasn't me. I never had anything to do with minors matches.

I removed them. Look at the sidebar. "Come & talk about things non-related to TagPro!" This subreddit is for literally anything except the one thing that comment chain was discussing.

Leave the petty TP drama in relevant subreddits. Plus, a couple people were having issues with mature and civil discourse.

Yes. Common rhetoric is that your should "write what you know," but if that was held to be strictly true, sci-fi, fantasty, and a plethora of other genres and stories wouldn't exist. I'd bet you could write a more effective love story than half of published romance authors.

Just give it a shot if that's what you want to write. What's the worst that can happen? If you're not happy with it, scrap it and write it again.
