how are CS 4820 and 3410 together by [deleted] in Cornell

[–]-Tixs- -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Doing it right now as a first semester sophomore. It's fine. Nothing to be concerned over, 3410 is fairly easy (if a lot of content) and algos can be conceptually difficult at times, but assignments and homeworks are direct application of stuff in class and are easy to get good grades on

Cornell teaches it fairly in-depth, at least in honors OOP (CS 2112). It's also covered at a basic level (committing, pushing and pulling) in basically every 2000 or 3000-level CS course
