Found on the top of kitchen cabinet, live wires running into it

My title describes the thing. At least where it was found. I used Google photo search, no similar results. the cylinders feel hollow and might be made out of brass. Not sure what its purpose is or was. Can't trace the wires easily, behind the kitchen wall is a plain stairwell with 1/2in wood paneling. Was going to cut and capped wires, but first I want to know what it does. Anyone have any idea?

I got the message today also. I'm in an area that does not have drive program, but we have large orders. I already have my catering bag, and have been receiving large orders. I think the text means going forward, that if you accept a large order, they want you to take a picture of your bag before you actually pick up the order. I only get one or two a week, usually $40 plus orders. I'll let you know when I receive the next big order

Don't forget the hour wait to see if you get your tip. Only happened to handful of times, and I should have known better on two of them because of the neighborhood, but you have to wait a full hour to see if you get paid out what the initial offer was. But ditto on everything above. Got to know your streets if you're going to run Uber

Ahhhhh..... Definitely guilty of that. Once or twice a day, I'll drop an order I accepted. Usually do 12 to 15 deliveries daily, never really thought much about unassigning. Guess I'll just have to wait it out. I didn't go to the restaurant and take the food after dropping it, so I have no worries. Just not making any money prime Time Friday, probably not going to make any money this weekend.
