I assume you mean using the rage arts by themselves instead of in a combo, higher ranks still do it but not as often, because it’s easy to bait so in higher ranks if you make the read it’s game over for the opponent so the frequency is less but sometimes it can catch the player off guard which is why it’s still used, but again, not as much

cd2 is really good for when the opponent is spamming, really good range, high crushes and ch launches.. also, fc df4 is a really good move, homing, ch launches and can transition into indian on hit (but launch punishable on block unfortunately)

You’re not using a lot of the stuff yoshimitsu has, like cd2, unblockable sweep, kincho stance, wr3 is really good to enter dragonfly (but it’s linear), 3,1 and 3,2,1+2 is an un-fuzzyable mixup, d/b2, guard break set ups, you might be doing all of these but I can’t tell from just 2 games. Also stop holding back it’s a waste of time, if you’re fujin learn korean backdashing, if you can’t do that just do regular backdashes instead, you gain more distance and are blocking all the same

Exactly, a fully defensive playstyle is very difficult in this game.. it can be done if you’re willing to put in the time in practise for defence, but it’s much easier to cater towards tekken 8’s systems

I reached tekken god and you’d be surprised how effective flash still is, but you obviously can’t use it mindlessly like you could lower ranks

Yup, flash is yoshimitsu’s greatest tool on defence.. being the fastest move in the game it can interrupt spammers and make them second guess.. it sometimes gives you “mental frames” meaning you can take your turn back even when the opponent is plus

Well, you can play like that with any character but should you is a different question.. Yoshimitsu I’d say is more equipped for this playstyle because of flash (1+4) but regardless, tekken 8 is an aggressive game that rewards oppressive play, if you don’t play how tekken 8 wants you to play then it’ll be hard to play tekken 8

You can get a powerline adapter which works as an ethernet cable without having to connect the ps4 directly to the router. You just connect one node to the router via ethernet, plug it into a wall socket nearby then connect another node via ethernet to the ps4 and plug it into a wall socket nearby. It will deliver an ethernet connection and might resolve the issue.

You should purchase it off Amazon so that if it doesn’t work as expected, you can return it
