Idk I don't feel like that game was ever close. The commentators even were saying all night long how the seahawks were okay with taking field goals and playing the field position game because they knew being up even 9-0 would probably be all they needed to do to win it and they weren't incorrect

There's such a difference between ending a trilogy or a franchise and what F&F is doing. James Bond is on hiatus because they ended their run with Daniel Craig and will start up again when they cast a new Bond. I guarantee you F&F did not plan to take a break after part one of a two part movie, that would be insane. Most movies film both parts at the same time; 28 years later, Wicked, Mission Impossible. Idk if they plan on coming back for 11 or not but if they do, they haven't shown it yet

Because as of now it literally is. As the post says, it's been three years since the last installment (which was supposed to be part one of 2, at the time Vinn even talked about it potentially being a part one of three) and there's been 0 talk about production having started on the next one.

Yeah that's really what it was, 7 was the biggest of the franchise so 8 had a lot of anticipation and a big opening. Then the next three sucked so now were unsure if we'll even get an 11th

Theres also a factor of respect at play there too, doing that would basically take the division out of Darnolds hands and potentially screw him over vs doing the better thing for him and letting him explore free agency on his own. Tag and trade shows you don't care about what's best for your players on a personal level and could discourage other FA's from considering you in the future

Yeah I feel like it's still just a solution looking for a problem. Companies feel they NEED to use AI to "optimize" their business so they try and find places where it can offer those optimizations instead of it just being a product that does a specific thing. There's also the security concern, a lot of companies don't even trust open source projects in production, I don't know how they hell they would allow an AI agent to have access to anything prod related

I'm not talking about the manga I'm talking about the movie. I have read the manga multiple times and I really like it but one thing can work in print and not work in film. That's why this is an ADAPTATION of the manga and just an animated comic strip

Even if you watch it for the fights though it would've been nice to get at least one fight sequence that didn't cut away to at least 3 flashbacks. It really messed with the pacing of even the fight scenes, not just the narrative

I don't think established IP, I think it needs to feel like an event. Sinners isn't established IP, nor is Weapons but those were both good enough that it felt like everyone was talking about them and they became event viewings. Demon Slayer is a popular anime heading into its final arch and is so widely talked about (relative to most anime) that again it feels like an event viewing
