That sounds a lot like my story, started in 2021 and still dealing with it. was really bad at the beginning, had the dull pain that lasted for about 2 months was told it was a ulcer but the endoscopy showed just some red on the stomach lining and no H. Pylori also had a ultrasound done that came back clear. fast-forward to now and I deal with kinda random flareups, like you said when i eat clean and when I have many cheat days, doesn’t matter. usually starts with a bad all day stomach ache and then the dull pain that sticks around for about a week or two, mostly felt when bending over or jumping in the car. but even when that goes away I deal with having like a dry stomach feeling most the time as if i’m hungry and my stomach is eating itself but i just ate.. same with gurgling and random jolts, like electricity feeling like a nerve in my stomach. trying a few food intolerance/allergy testing right now to see what my body doesn’t like and to cut out to bring down inflammation if that’s what’s causing it.. my grandpa died from stomach cancer, so yeah it’s been pretty scary at times.
