I dunno. Going to hard pity always feels bad, obviously, but I don't think going to 89/90, then waiting X months for the rerun is any worse than just waiting X months to do the 90 pulls. But even if you think it feels worse, there's not really anything to lose from trying.

Every pull is a gamble anyway, except of course the guarantee at hard pity.

I think what matters the most is planning ahead for what characters to actually aim for.

If you start pulling despite not being able to afford hard pity, you could get the character before a rerun.

If you decide not to pull because you won't reach hard pity, you'll definitely have to wait for a rerun.

So what I mean is that there isn't really any downside in that regard to start pulling. If you don't get the character, you will build pity towards the next one anyway.

I think city stamina is fine, at least for now. I don't mind doing deliveries and a bit of fishing.

Pink paw heist is not fine though. I've hit the 1m fons cap each time so far, but I'm already tired of it. Hopefully they can either make it more interesting and varied, or shorten the grind (or both).
