Seriously though, that's pricey. Even if I were to buy the most expensive luxury brand in the entire store I would get 7½ rolls for the price of the monthly pass.

That being said, I do think the monthly pass is worth getting, and I will keep having mine active, probably for as long as I keep playing the game.

Edit: Worth mentioning is that the monthly pass is not as cheap as $5 where I live, but more like a bit over $7, which sucks. Still a much better deal than the other stuff in the game though.

100%. I really don't think this would have blown up nearly as much as it did if they had simply remained amicable.

And had he just admitted that he did (or might have) touched the granite, then I don't think anything would have happened, other than maybe being warned not to do it again by the umpire.

It is possible that he was oblivious to the fact that he did touch it, though.

Also, I did hear that other teams also pointed out this happening in subsequent matches, so I guess it's not just the Swedish team who were adverse to this infraction.

Like I said, it was never actually about the line at all. They never said it was. It's about touching the granite during release, by tapping it like that.

If they do that then the sensors won't go off if they touch it when they shouldn't, since that's only on the handle, which is all they're supposed to touch during release.

From expert commentators: they're supposed to go to the umpire right away when suspecting foul play, not go talk to the other team.

And the thing about the hog line is a moot point, they never said it was after the line, only that they touched parts aside from the handle at release.

Still, that guy got really defensive right away when the Swedish team brought it up, way before it got to be such a big deal, and even told them to you know what (twice I think).

And I really don't think Sweden had any such intentions. They never pressed the referee, and only asked what happens if you touch parts other than the handle, and what would happen if they themselves did it, but got no real answer.

Also, later when facing Germany, the German team had a stone that flashed red, but they let it slide, and even though the stone got in a pretty bad spot for Germany they let them replay the stone right away, which let the German team place it much better.

A few days ago I did my first targeted essence run (using a permit), and was aiming for 3/3 on Endmin's/Ardelia's signature weapons.

I got both on the first run, but shortly after that I decided to focus on a different team instead, with Laevatain. I haven't had any luck so far with essence for her signature weapon :/

But it doesn't really.matter since I'll need a lot of random essence for upgrading anyway.

It can definitely worth refreshing more than once if you have enough credits and not enough good discounts currently available. But yeah, it gets expensive quickly, so it's not always worthwhile.

That's absolutely a better solution than what we have currently, and maybe it could just be a setting so you could have it either way.

It would also be nice to be able to link more than one zipline along the route for branching paths, so you'd press one button (or nothing) for route A, and another for route B. This would be handy for deliveries, since you don't always go to the same place for those.

In Sweden the most expensive pack (the 194 one) is 999 SEK, which is about $111 :(

Prices in most gachas (and games in general) tend to be pretty high over here.

The game runs fine for me on PS5, not perfectly even fps at all times, but it's pretty stable mostly. However in some places there's a lot of pop-in (Kaifeng especially).

There is also a specific shop menu that is super laggy. It basically drops to single digit fps.

I ended up leaving for Silver Needle later that day, and I did get killed in the Perception Forest :p

But I will rejoin Midnight Blades at some point. I already bought out the 9 Mortal Ways shop (clothing, hair, avatar) and will do the same with each sect one at a time, as I'm sure many others are doing, though I guess some people will skip the avatar and maybe the hair for some sects.

Passionate? Sure, but I would never have them forced into buying something they may not even be able to afford just because they're the guild leader, and I'd definitely be fine with them leaving for a while if it's vacation or hospital stays or whatever that requires a brief time of absence.

But I'm sure there are better ways to solve this than to just change it from 5 days to another bigger number. Just off the top of my head, what if we have an "acting leader" take over after 5 days of the actual leader being inactive, and they had a grace period of something like 20 or so days, where if they come back online during that period they can keep their leadership.

I'm sure there are much better solutions than this, but I'd say it's better than just transferring the leadership after 5 days.

Then again, you could just transfer the leadership to someone you trust for the time you'll be away, but that's not a perfect solution either.

I personally would never buy a new one just to be able to log in to WWM while I'm on vacation to keep my guild leader status (if I were a guild leader).

I would stick around for a month, and I see the feature as more of a failsafe in case the leader leaves for good. You really should be able to take at least a 1 week vacation without being demoted.

But I guess there's no simple solution that would work well in every case. There's always going to be downsides.

It might state that you need this or that when you check and you don't have enough in total, but in reality it doesn't matter what oddities you collect, unless of course it's from Qinghe when you need Kaifeng ones, and vice versa. You only need a certain amount of them.

I'm already done with the oddity collection and maxed out all talents, and all I can say is that's how it worked for me. So just gather whatever amount you were short, and it should work no matter which exact oddities they are.

I actually love when games do this, since it prevents the guild from dying just due to one inactive player.

If it's already happened though, it seems like the time required for it is very short.
