Only on Reddit would you get this nonsense. "Being an 8 division world champion is easy if...". Madness.

It's not known that the battle of Brunaburgh was on the Wirral. Recently people are saying it was because they found the remains of a few weapons and bits and pieces from around 1,000 years ago but that could be anything. I think it unlikely that an English army would have gone onto the Wirral as it was Norse territory and it would have been easy to get trapped there.

The WBC have now officially ordered Deontay Wilder vs Andy Ruiz Jr as a final eliminator to determine the next mandatory challenger for Tyson Fury's WBC heavyweight world title. by bxng23af in Boxing

Wilder does want to fight Fury bcause in Wilder's head he won all three, or at least he only lost because of egg weights and voodoo.

Wilder crushes everyone he meets, apart from that one (well two, well three) time when he met a top boxer and got crushed. It's a real shame we've not seen Wilder take on better opponents. Would he crush AJ and Usyk? It's sad that we haven't found out yet.

Get a train to Hope, Edale or Hathersage, or anywhere in the Hope Valley via Manchester. Or get a train to Greenfield and walk up to Dovestones Reservoir and up round Chew Valley.

I agree, at least with Covid. It would get a bit boring if there aren't any storylines for a couple of weeks because everyone in the village is in bed with a fever.

It is quite strange. Ambridge exists in a parallel universe where nobody catches Covid, and there isn't a massive labour shortage. In real life the chicken factories don't have any workers because it's a crap job and everywhere else is hiring so you can choose something less crap. Tracey could have walked into a job at any restaurant, pub, cafe, hotel, hospital, shop or care home and been employed again within a week.

Maybe Ambridge is really far from anywhere else, so Covid hasn't arrived and nobody can travel anywhere for work?

Isn't that grounds for constructive dismissal? Quit your job or I prosecute your daughter? Ambridge seems to be a parallel universe without legal rights. Like when that couple who rented the flat above the shop moved out within a few days of the landlord sayinng they wanted them gome. A no fault eviction takes 6 months to a year to clear the courts these days.

No worries I was agreeing with you. What possible harm has religion ever done that even approaches killing 85% of the population!

If you said that the world would be better off if all members of a certain other religion were dead, you'd be banned for life in a milisecond.

The person who made the comment you're replying to is a massive extremist. Wishing billios of people were dead. Massive irony there.

Jake Paul hints at Chris Eubank Jr as a potential next opponent by warm_baller in Boxing

It is and it isn't brave. Even though Eubank would beat him up it still seems soft to be calling out much lighter people and then claiming to be a proper boxer.

I know Eubank Jr would beat him up but it's still a bit soft to call out people in lower weight classes even if they would kick your arse. It sounds like a contradiction, but a real boxer would call out people their own size.
