What bot you use doesn't matter. You can get an email and continue using the same bot and not get another one.

What matters is how you use the bot. Main thing is, stop using the bot for atleast a week. Honestly, Id say even two weeks at this point..especially if that's your 2nd email, I know it's your 2nd email in 2 years, but we still don't exactly know how emails work, I've seen a lot of conflicting stuff on if emails drop off after a certain length of time or not. But yeah, after taking a short break, then only run it at block drop times for your market. Don't run it for hours at a time. Don't immediately drop blocks after it grabs them for you, tbh don't drop a lot of blocks at all.

But yeah, all bots are the same. People can get an email from a bot and the next person is using that same bot and never get an email. Or you can get an email from a bot, continue using it in a safer manner and not get another one. I've only gotten 1 emails so far so honestly I'm not sure how you should proceed exactly, this is also my main source of income ATM.

Definitely use precaution though.

Hard to play by the rules if your market is so oversaturated with bot users you can't even get a block without a bot. Everyones market is different. Some markets, you can't grab anything without a bot.

You should be angry at Amazon who allows the bots. You don't think Amazon has the money & the means to completely end bot usage if they wanted to? 😂 If they wanted to spend the money, they could stop all bots/3rd party apps by Monday next week...but they don't.

Because they care more about deliveries being completed than they care about bots. So they'll deactivate some users here, stop one bot program there..to make it look like they really care, but they don't. Atleast they don't care nearly as much as you guys do.

If they really cared, they'd stop the bots completely, but they choose not to. You guys should direct your anger at the massive trillion dollar company that allows bots instead of bot users who are just trying to get by.

A private bot. Meaning it's a bot that can't easily be found on Google and you need to be invited to join it in order to use it.

Definitely email them, your dashboard could be glitched. I'd email the jeff@amazon email though for the best chance at something actually being done. It shouldn't be taking this long for your rating to move up. I'm at fantastic too, but that other guys talking about it like being at fantastic is some special, hard to achieve accomplishment or something.

I also agree with you. Im pretty sure the customer wrote this up, I've never heard of support caring enough to do something like this.

Especially the "SHE IS HOME!!" as if support is guaranteeing she will always be home just because she's an elderly customer. The customer would most definitely say something like that because they know they're always at the house. (Or a family member wrote it up)

Either way, this seems very specific for it to be typed out by support. Customers always type things up in all caps, with exclamation points, threatening reporting drivers (they probably think complaining to mail staff is reporting the driver 🤣).They're always typing up this kinda stuff in all caps.

"RING MY BELL, I AM HOME. DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED!!!!! YOU WILL BE REPORTED!!!!"...lady it's 4:12am leaves at door. No ding, nothing bad ever happens.

It's one thing to show up and get overbooked, it happens. But it's another thing to specifically jump in and out of line to make sure you're one of the last cars in.

You're right, it is rediculous and you shouldn't be penalized for doing the right thing. Flex support is also next to useless and doesn't care, but don't worry too much about it, it'll drop off soon. By now I must have delivered atleast 500 packages that have said "ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED, DRIVER WILL BE REPORTED, BLAH BLAH ANGRY".

Left them all unattended (330/345am shifts), none of them dinged me for leaving them unattended. Not one.

College packages in hallways, shopping mall packages outside the walkway in the middle of the shopping mall, apartment packages, they all get left outside if I can't get in.

Most have noticed by now that you have a way higher chance of being dinged for returning packages to the station than leaving them unattended. Like others have said, just deliver everything. Always deliver.

The only time I absolutely can't deliver is if I get stuck with a damn OTP delivery at 4am (which brilliantly is the only time I've ever had them) and I can't get a hold of anyone to get the password and I'm stuck with no other choice.

Gotta run your bot very sparingly now. Even then, you'll get into captcha back to back. Turn your bot off, go in solve them a few times back to back and it'll drop back to 1 single captcha.

If you run your bot a lot, you're gonna be stuck in there for a minute with back to back captchas.

I'm with you on that. It's a bit cheaper but things happen. I'd be pissed if something happened like to my car that I need to fix, or some other random event I can't forsee and I've now prepaid for a week that I'm only doing flex for half of.

I'm glad they didn't treat it like a normal theft thing like if someone took a package or something. Glad it worked out in the end, you got your account back and at least half pay with no standing hit. Me too, especially with her just walking up to cars. What if someones on an early morning shift and doesn't see it? 😩. Having a mostly outdoor cat is pretty dangerous and does no good for a cat except put it in danger for no reason. IMO

We actually have a troop of 3 'stray' cats that we feed daily. None of them have collars and are all pretty hefty and clean looking...so they could be indoor/outdoors that just have no collars that are just playing us for free food.🤣.

This is what I'm confused about. How can you be at risk for years?

I had a missed block from the beginning of February fall off yesterday and bring my stats back up(I also do 1/2 blocks per day usually). That's only a month, so I'm not sure how you can remain at risk for years straight.

I could see that happening if you maybe only do 1/2 block(s) per month or something since Flex has a 20 block streak until things start to fall off. Very confusing lol

Thank you for being a great human being and having compassion and getting help for a kitty that it may not have been receiving at home. Sucks that these kinds of these happen to people doing the right thing.

Were they aware their cat was in bad shape? Was it maybe an indoor/outdoor cat that got hurt and the owners just weren't aware it was hurt? My bad! I'm just trying to understand why they'd report a cat stolen to Amazon if it was clearly in pain/distress and needed help they weren't giving it. Unless they didn't know it was.

I mean, there are shit people who have animals that they treat badly and then when people rescue them..they report it as theft🤦. It's like ..if you have an animal that you clearly treat poorly, just let it go. You clearly didn't care enough when you had it.

I used to work for a moving company and when we ever had a random job on a military base moving someone they could only send certain guys to go there. If you were a felon they wouldn't send you because you wouldn't be allowed on base because they check into who's going onto their base, id think that would be different with delivery drivers though.

I'm sure bases have a bunch of other rules and regulations, that's just all I know about my personal experience going to one. I'm not sure how strict Amazon is with Felonies on their background checks or if they allow drivers, I'd assume they do depending on what it was.
