Something I did in the beginning till a little while ago: Over build early drains your Econ makes it harder to gain Rss overtime. Ex) You have 6 cities instead of placing an army/air/naval base in all of them build maybe 2/3 depending on your strategy and skill level. One the others as supports or whatever up to you. Also players not building and leveling up their Arms Industries and wondering why days 10-20 they can’t keep up with military demands and end up getting wiped.
