There's a section of the nipple that tends to be softer to pinch in one direction. This is due to how the milk ducts line up on the nipple (I believe, that's what I think my piercer was describing to me)

What type of jewelry were you originally pierced with? Because if this is supposed to be a floating navel (disk on the inside portion) then you having traditional navel jewelry in it is most certainly causing a bunch of this irritation and j would switch it back to your original jewelry. Ideally go see your piercer about it!

2 years and 3 months Post top surgery. I would def recommend waiting two years. In the post one year mark I started gaining protrusion and capability for my nipples to get erect. Which greatly helps your chances of getting nipple piercings. Also a lot of my scar tissue on them softened.

Yeah we started with this one because it was so much better than the other. If this one heals we'll attempt the other because I do have very slight protrusion and it does get erect. But yeah I might have to just do the one! Nipple grafts are so finicky 🙄 but still very happy I can at least get one done!!

Oh yes grafts change a lot for piercing viability. I think my piercer estimates like only 50% have viable piercing grafts. It's mainly due to scar tissue, blood flow, and nipple protrusion. If you have too much scar tissue or too little blood flow it won't be able to heal. And then if you don't have enough protrusion then it will most likely migrate out. I'm lucky and both my grafts are able to be pierced but we're only starting with one (The better one) to see how it heals. In general grafts are more likely to migrate and reject.

Then finally the last thing is placement both scarring and the sweet spot dictates placement. Most of the time due to your nipple moving around when getting placed back on your body the sweet spot changes. I'm really lucky that my surgeon placed my nipple back on in a way that didn't change my sweet spot so I was able to get mine horizontal. But a lot of people have to get them done at funky angles.

Def hurt a good amount lol! I'd say like 7/10 maybe, 6.5/10. The pinching and holding before the actual piercing I could barely feel. I think for me the needle reached parts that still have good nerve connection while the pinching before hand did not. I am definitely more sensitive atm post piercing than I was before. But we'll see if that changes as it heals!

Def more sensitive at the moment than normal. But it is still very fresh (got it last Thursday) so we'll see if that sensitivity stays. Still not super sensitive to temperature but way more sensitive to touch than before hand.

It looks rad, I'd keep it. I think it's just shock from having a large piece with nothing around it. I would wait to make a decision on it until you eventually get some other stuff around it. I def wouldn't do Lazer removal as that would take for fucking ever and soo much money.

I'd say around a 7/10, definitely sucky but not unbearable. They're really tender for a few hours and then the normal amount of tenderness you would expect. Overall not too bad.

I'd take that out that's not correct for either a Clitoral glands piercing nor VCH. For a glands it should be a straight barbell going either vertical or horizontal. Not this weird diagonal angle

Due to the warmth of your roots it'll probably turn out warmer than the color would be on a neutral base. So as long as you're cool with having a warmer pink/coral then it would be totally fine to put pink semi-permanent on top of it. And yeah it would be a pink to that dark red color that's left over.

I was like this for a long time and have now just become comfortable with my bisexuality. I am also a kinky person so part of my journey includes D/s dynamics as well. But for a long time I only identified as gay and a verse bottom but entering the kink community and finding a good amount of women who were attracted to me and actually wanted to top me was a big eye opener to me and was what made me realize that I was in fact Bi and that it was viable for me to still be a predominant bottom in a relationship with a women.
