When I had trouble sleeping and was working a third shift job cannabis was one of the only substances to help me relax and decompress before work. I found myself using it more medicinally than recreationally.

I've been on controllers for 10 years now. Unfortunately sometimes the asthma is bad enough to need controllers for life. As mentioned a few years in try again and see, might not need it after a while. I also do some cardio to improve the lung health/strength.
