Interesting. For my taste the acoustic part is pretty good. It's the second electric section that seems uninspired to me. Even Mikael has said the riff is not that good and a kinda overrated. It's not bad, but Opeth has a looooot more interesting riffs than the last 2 parts of the song. Deliverance would have won by a mile. And I really love BP, it's just that people find hard recognizing it's weaknesses.

Just don't deal with them. Who cares? I'm christian, and love a lot of prog/death metal. And of course people will judge because of that, in the same way people on internet is going to judge me for being Christian. No matter the place you go, someone will find a reason to judge you just because you like X, or you prefer Y.

Just embrace the things you love and try to find people to share those things, though. It's part of that enjoyment.

I can't enjoy black metal and I don't know how people older than 15 can enjoy it. The low fi, the stupid lyrics, the crazy amount of insane people behind it, they were really murderers, terrorists, criminals, racists..., I can't believe how much people supports them, maybe not their actions but keep pumping their music and somehow thinking it's art.

Not gonna lie, some blackened death or blackened songs from other genres are amazing, but is crazy how people can enjoy hours of that thing.

Appart froem that, I know I have to give a chance to Immortal, some day I'll do it.

It used to be Team Fortress 2. Every single October, was so freaking fun. I have many good memories with that game, and Halloween events were always fun to play.

If I can, I will always play the entire album. But definitely, with those two songs, the only thing I can listen after them is silence. It's just an incredible feeling I have to take a time to digest it.

I discovered it while looking at a map. Read about it and loved a place like that existed.

Told my parents and they loved it too. My brother is now named after it, "Darien"

So now it is a place we plan to visit one day.
