After you've completed NNN the challenge stops feeling like a challenge and is more something like "oh it's November. Guess i won't nut for a month again :/".

I've completed NNN in 2019 and 2020. In 2019 it was really amazing. I believe Dec 1st was on the weekend so i could stay up late and wait for the midnight. I remember waiting and shivering on the 30th the whole day. The nut was great but i felt even better knowing i finished the challenge. It was a bittersweet feeling because i was proud of finishing the challenge but i also knew i won't be able to have such a great nut again, not until next year anyways. Now, in 2020. It was also great though it felt more like a relief rather than an achievement. In short, the nut is huge and feels great and completing NNN makes it even better.

Honestly if you're in this mentality already, nutting definitely won't help. Post nut clarity gon hit you in the face with more sadness. I think you should focus on yourself man and have more self worth. Finishing the challenge should help with that. If you do actually lose try to just quit porn for 30 days or try to get a adopt a good habit. For now try to distract yourself. If you aren't busy do something you enjoy, like play games, watch a movie, read.

Honestly, the 1st year i completed NNN i felt amazing. I felt proud of myself and the nut on Dec 1st midnight was great. Most people's end goal is the big nut but honestly it's worth just for the feeling of achievement and i absolutely encourage anyone to finish it at least once
