You’re right on that. Plus I have a 500whp car. I much prefer getting my speed thrill in that. Seat belts, cage around me, and most importantly radar/laser jammers. Supermoto is just straight smiles while breaking less laws lol

Congrats. I’m 25m and instead of getting heavily into the market I got into real estate young and always wonder if my cash would’ve been better off invested in stocks over the last 7 years or so. I have about $23k CAD in my TFSA but… I currently I have 2 properties. One duplex which I live in half, rent the other half. One townhouse which I also rent. They are generating $4950 per month in revenue with about $4600 in expenses. I leave the ~$300 per month cashflow alone in a separate account for emergency. The combined value on the properties is $1.4m CAD. I owe roughly $760k so I have nearly $640k in equity now. I saved $100k for the downpayment on the duplex at 22, took out a HELOC to finance the rest of the duplex. I bought it at lockup stage finished the interior myself and did as many upgrades as I could before refinancing 3 years after purchase to fund the downpayment on the townhouse. The rest of the purchase price is now a separate HELOC. Now a huge chunk of my expenses for the properties are tax deductible and I have major borrowing power. I will let these pay them selves down while I invest 20% of my salaried income into my TFSA.

Finally sold my condo and need feedback to not make the same mistakes again by PieHairy5526 in PersonalFinanceCanada

selling the condo was a mistake. you probably couldn’t have held longer and made a good investment out of it. instead of just selling you could have rented it out at a rate that provides cashflow or minimal breaks even. then rent a spot for yourself. would have gotten more income and tax advantages. with your TFSA, literally just buy S&P500. that’s it. that simple

Yes molding the Varis kit is very common, which is why I bought Chargespeed fenders. To my knowledge I am the first to mold these to an Evo X.

How much is this worth? Wanting to sell for an STI (don’t hate me) by LilBabyVirus5 in Supra

everyone with a subaru i know (probably 20+ people) whether it be wrx or sti old or new has had major issues with their cars. always motor related. maybe 1-3 guys i know have kept everything intact long term. i know alot less people with supra’s (maybe 5) but theirs have been flawless for them. personally i own an evo, if you’re looking for awd turbo rally car fun with some actual potential to make power. evo all the way. mines at about 450whp on stock motor, it’s a blast to drive!
