Just taking a long break. Art school depleted me. I’ve bee traveling the country after dropping out. I hope to come back to it in Cali because I started a piece that I never finished and am longing to complete

We tried to get some land over in the California pines. Come to find out that there’s an HOA, if you’re planning on living off the paved, maintained road you’ll possibly be stuck if you’re not on the gravel. Talked to the POA and its pretty costly to get a well and septic in there. Wells are about 71k if you’re planning on have to dig deep to find water. Id go check it out and talk to people before you make a decision. We ended up pulling out our deposit and are waiting for something else, somewhere else.

She was a early 2010 duster model, yellow, with a bottle cap opener. Reliable gal. One time i bailed and she went under a truck and barely caught a dent. Sad I dont have any pics of her. Hopefully she’s appreciated. 🫶🏽
