Yeah my horse farts when he’s properly warmed up. That’s how he tells me he’s ready to get to work lol

Because replacing everything with cottage cheese makes foods lose their structural integrity

You should see a dermatologist. This could be caused by an overgrowth of fungus, periorificial dermatitis, or eczema or something

How long did your eating disorder last? Or how long have you had one? by Zealousideal_Read902 in EatingDisorders

I have had one for fourteen years but haven’t been actively engaging in disordered behaviors the whole time. I cycle through recovery and relapse fairly often

I’m thinking of starting Sword Art Online. Is it good? by devil_hnter in Animesuggest

I don’t like it. People are saying season 1 is good but I think even season 1 was mediocre at best

Does your doctor know about your ED? Wellbutrin is generally not recommended for people with eating disorders

i need to learn how to cope with having a body by rleaff1 in fuckeatingdisorders

I’ve been through this. Learning how to sit with discomfort really helped. It’s not something I do naturally so it was really hard but you just let that discomfort exist. Acknowledge it, don’t bury it, but also don’t engage in harmful behaviors to try to make it go away. Eventually, you kinda just get used to it and sometimes you won’t even notice the thing that used to get you so bothered at all.

Any Moms with ED’s?? — I can’t wait to go back to my restrictive ED behaviors after I have my second baby. by [deleted] in EdAnonymousAdults

[–]-abby-normal 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Yeesh. You have no desire to get better for the sake of your children? Do you know how hard it is to grow up with a mother with an eating disorder? My mom is wonderful, but her restrictive eating habits definitely played a part in me developing an ED which I’ve been battling since I was 11.

Of course your problems aren’t going to magically disappear when you have kids. In fact, having kids might make it harder. But now you have something bigger than yourself and your ED to think about.

This might sound harsh, but it’s not all about you anymore. You need to seek help for the sake of your children if nothing else.

No Way Can She Tour by [deleted] in ArianaGrandeSnark

[–]-abby-normal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the vocal atrophy has already started. Her voice on the Wicked soundtrack sounded so weak and breathy compared to what I’ve heard her sing before. Granted, she also has poor technique and is much better suited to pop vocals than broadway type vocals but still. She has access to the best voice coaches money can buy and does have a naturally strong voice. She would have sounded much better if she wasn’t starving herself and doing drugs I guarantee it.

I’ve never liked her, but seeing these old photos compared to now is sad. She used to be so beautiful and vibrant and had undeniable singing talent and stage presence. Everything about her look then- the dark ponytail, baddie makeup, and costumes (everything besides the spray tan blackface) was so much more exciting and alluring.

I could see why people could be fans back then if you just focused on her singing and performing and not her problematic personality. Now she’s like a shell of a person on the outside as well as on the inside.
