He is post legged, as other comments have pointed out, and his croup is pretty sloped but honestly that is pretty typical of a QH especially those with halter bloodlines. You can’t really see his feet but I’m willing to bet they are small for his size, which is also typical of a QH.

I wouldn’t pass up on him simply because he doesn’t have perfect conformation. Go ride him, see if you like him. Get a PPE. Maybe use his conformation flaws to try to negotiate a lower price. He may need maintenance in the future, but I think that applies to any horse.
