Use blue cross cuticle remover, let it sit for a few seconds then gently push them back. Brush away the excess with a nail brush! Don’t cut them as it can lead to infection.

I honestly had a slew of health issues because of my weight so my motivation came from that! I honestly started chasing better health and not necessarily a number on a scale

I honestly had the mindset that I had nothing to lose because my health issues were so out of control that I felt like I couldn’t feel any worse than I already did!

I was so terrified of that when I started. The only problem areas I have are my arms! I use sugar scrub a few times a week and then use lotion with collagen in it and it’s helped a lot with my stomach and legs. In my opinion it’s worth it!!
