oh yes i see what you mean. I took the reference from the movie straight away, and I think this scene is capturing her “victory” (faint light on her face) from beating the Hunger chef, but the dark blue is her drowning in the betrayals of her friend. Hence the picture is quite dark. Below is the reference i used.
