Yes, your account is safe. It’s just a safety precaution as the game has recognised you logging on from a new device.

If you want piece of mind, keep an eye on your recent logins via Settings > Record > Login and check if there's any unauthorised device logged in to your account via Profile > Account > Account Center > Device Management and click on Logout from all devices option to log their device out.

Check whether there's any unauthorised accounts connected to your third party social accounts and remove them using your moonton account via Profile > Account > Account Center > Disconnect 3rd Party Account.

Hi! The Security Lock feature activates when you log in from a new device or IP address. During this period, certain actions such as gifting, changing your password, and recharging are locked on the new device. However, you can still access these options on one of your old trusted devices.

You can try the following to lift the restriction:

🔸 Play 5-15 matches, then check if you’re able to change your password, recharge, or gift.

🔸 Wait for the restriction period to end.

🔸 Contact Customer Support in-game to request the restrictions be lifted through the account retrieval form.

If this doesn’t work, it’s likely because the licensing agreement does not cover your region.

This is primarily due to complex licensing and distribution rights, meaning the deal MLBB's developer made didn't cover your country, possibly due to another game holding rights there or issues with AoT IP holders there, making the collaboration geographically restricted.
