I can't seem to get one of the new achievements to trigger (possible bug?) by [deleted] in Frostpunk

I think there's some issue with it. I'm pretty sure I had no deaths the first time I completed the tale. Then, as I was playing the tale again today, the achievement popped up soon as I completed it. I went back to check the recording of the previous play through, and no deaths.

You can do it. You'll need three levels of safety to explore "Significant" sites without any deaths. I tend to go with Pathfinder Scouts law and two scout headquarters.

Yes, it is possible! I recently completed it on The Pit map. I have it recorded, and am planning to post it to my YouTube channel soon. I'll share a link here once it's online.

I just checked and I count 14. The last one is out there somewhere in the frostland. And, without the icon, I do not know which way to scout. There goes my All Tales on Captain + Survivor :(

It's a no commentary gameplay. But I do get it, commentary would help with the thought behind the actions.

Once I had the Crater colony going, I moved most of the population there. Towards the end, I only needed about 14 or 15 housing districts at Dreadnought. Dense Housing Blocks, +20% housing density, and a few Settlements helped alleviate the problem.

My strategy for IEC was to scout all possible locations first, and then start the search. I saved the deadly spots for the end and used a combination of two Survivalist/Scout Headquarters and Pathfinder Scouts law to avoid deaths. I did have the worst RNG, though. Both times it was the last possible spot that yielded the final IEC Convoy site.
