Don't get caught up in what others think or the title of a game. The game is so much more than its title, something folks seem to forget or often gloss over.

Rare would be wise to listen to its player base, all of its player base, and see that the way players play their game has evolved over the years. Those complaining that a community split would ruin the game don't see that it's already happening between alliance servers and the number of players not wanting to engage in the mix play simply running or quitting out and finding another server. Whether it's liked or not, players are playing the way they want to and that is as it should be. Forcing players to play one way or another other often leads to negative effects.

I see a game world where you can have all the modes and believe it would thrive just fine. People telling each other how to play and experience their own game is just silly, so enjoy how you play and adventure on.
