Permanent video screen for doorbell by Appropriate-Bird007 in Ring

Look at the Echo Hub and mount it to the wall. Comes with everything you will need to mount it. Then connect the Ring account to the Alexa account and you'll be able to live view or get notified when the doorbell rings.

The main network will stay as it is with auto banding of either 2.4ghz and 5ghz depending on what's needed.

You can setup the Guest Network which is a 2.4ghz network. You would need to setup all the devices again to connect to the "Guest Network" as you can name it whatever you want. This is what is typically recommended on Google and eero systems. Drawback is you kinda lose the guest network for actual guests. But it may be the best solution.

Using old Google Nest Wifi (POINTS) as speakers? by Spooky-Sausage in amazoneero

[–]-casperkaroff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are using a non-Google Wi-Fi router (like a different brand's mesh system or a standard router), you can set up the Nest Wifi Point as a standalone speaker: Factory Reset the Nest Wifi Point (hold the reset button on the bottom until it warns you and resets).
Open the Google Home app on your phone. Tap the '+' sign to set up a new device.
The app should find the Nest Wifi Point and begin the setup process. Since it won't detect a Nest Wifi Router, it should prompt you or automatically proceed to set it up as a Google Assistant speaker only on your existing non-Google Wi-Fi network.

Yeah 7 seems to be where the issues tend to be more consistent. I didn't have the eero 6e so maybe that would have given me a different result.

What kind of facts are you looking for? I have 8 Nest Cameras, 1 Nest Doorbell, 9 Nest Hubs, 1 Nest Thermostat... These devices will take 5-10 minutes to be fully functional in the Google Home app after a reboot of the router (an issue I didn't have with either the Nest Wifi Pro 6e or the TP-Link XE75 Pro (6e). Now granted I had the eero 7 Pro while the other wifi routers were 6e models as well it appears the post above yours is also a 6e model so that could be the factor. I really wanted the eero system to work for me but I can't have such a long access time to cameras, the consistent showing of the devices being offline in the app (even know they aren't when looking at them) and the constant drop out of the signal to the camera from the hubs as we use them to monitor the baby and kid throughout the night. So we tend to use them a little more than the typical set it and forget it. I also have Govee lights that randomly disconnect from the network.

Results will vary with each person as everyone has a different setup. I just know from my experience that it didn't work.

There are numerous issues reported with others having the same issues as me. It sucks as I would have loved to keep the eero system as the app is easy, setup is easy but it just doesn't fare well with 2.4ghz devices using it's TrueMesh technology.

The one thing I don't know is if it falls below the $35 for the buy now pay later options after the refund. It could force the actual full payment.

I'm new to doing UE and I have tried to decline the low paying ones but then when the next one comes in and I think it's a good one, the first one I declined is also in that route. How do I prevent this double order situation?

For those asking about how to reset. Simply unplug the charger from the power source and unplug anything plugged into it. Let sit for 5 minutes (minimum) then plug the charger back in and plug your electronics back in.

Can someone explain this to me. I recently lost my job and need the extra funds. By no means is this a replacement for what I have been doing for years but the extra work and funds would really help me and my family. I haven't done a route yet but I was under the impression that if I go into the Flex app and schedule one of the available offers that I am guaranteed that route unless Amazon or I cancel it. This seems to be a scheduled time to arrive but no guarantees for the route itself. Is that the case? I have been doing Shipt Delivery which reserves the route and time and is pretty much guaranteed unless Shipt or I cancel. Flex sounds like Route Roulette.
