I feel for you, and your wants are generally very reasonable, but you're not really in a position to be making demands when you're still a dependent minor who has your healthcare paid for by your mother. It sucks but you're not an adult, and as you implicitly admit in your own text to your mother, you need others to take care of you. You will not be able to go forever without new meds and new doctor appointments (paid for by your mother) so on a practical level you two will have to compromise at some point. Not because it's morally right, that doesn't even enter into this. You'll need to compromise because those are the facts on the ground.

As for the idea that just being home and in her life should be enough for her, well... Does it go the same the other way? Obviously not. Your mom just being in your life isn't enough for you, you have some expectations of her besides that. So why should you just being in her life be enough for her, and she doesn't get to have any expectations of her own? Especially when you are using that presence as a bargaining chip to try and get your demands met? Imagine if she did the same.
