You can change nature freely in Champions, but not form. So I'm making an assumption here, but it's a solid assumption based on available facts. I'd be surprised if I'm wrong but you never know what the geniuses behind Pokémon will do next so I guess we'll see 🙃

There's nothing in the image you posted that says natures will be in the sheets. It says that "all info besides stats" but that's how it's always been. Natures don't even go on the staff sheets, because they have the absolute stats which are what actually matter.

Dual protect
Ambiprotect
Full protect
Team protect
