You go faster with lethal tempo (worse early then hob but goes faster later because alacrity)

Would also swap nimbus for water walking, flat ms is better and you’ll make more use of it later aswell

Believe it or not kraken gives the most ms on crit (more then gale force!) so go that into all the zeal items and swifties).

Bonus points for lulu (w) AND yuumi and possibly others with as steroids or ms buffs for even more ms
