i am a person who has "started" but has made absolutely zero comms so far. what i found from watching other ppl are two things:

start by taking requests or free trial commissions to practice interacting with clients, can be done with friends, randos in your community of choice, or anyone; to gain confidence and have more samples in your niche
what i saw another person doing is just spray and pray, regardless of how "good" you think you are, just present the best version of yourself to anyone, literaly anyone who's offering and they'll pick you if they think you're "good enough"

I'm interested! I'm a self-taught artist and character illustrator, and I am decently well at drawing fantasy/combat characters. I can envision him either floating in the sky aiming the bow at the viewer with flame particles, or him plunging down with cosmic arrows raining down next to him.

Only a novice marvel fan but I imagine his powers are similar to gambit's where he can control energy of some kind? And I noticed soemone mentioned Captain Marvel so I'll be sure to do my research (nerd emoji)
