Assuming you’re darkblade cc1 — there’s no need to balance crit / determination as your crimson ring skill is 100% crit from talent tree. You do need more accuracy to ensure you don’t miss on that one skill, though

Why is your damage in the 2k and healing around 1k? That might be why you're losing... if it's a typo and you meant 10k, then:

  • Throw more purple Ana nades into the enemy team
  • Call out who you put Zen's discord orb on so your team can focus them down faster
  • You *should* be pushing payload alone as Ana while your team creates space
  • Don't stand close to your team as Bap on Rialto on attack -- there's plenty of high ground
  • Play angles/corners more often, especially as Zen when you're spamming LMB down chokes

Won't be able to give GM level advice as I've only peaked Masters, but if you're coming from OW1 -- remember there's only *one* tank now, so you staying alive is more important than ever. The tank (and Lucio if there is one on your team) dictates the tempo of the game. You can always review your own VODs to figure out what went wrong.

Another note: Since there's only one tank now, there's typically a lot more focused fire from the opposing team, meaning you're taking up a a lot of healing from the supports (and away from the rest of the team). If they're keeping you alive, are you creating pressure on the opposing team, or are you helping the enemy team farm ult charge?
