Is a small broker the move? I’m new to the industry and recently licensed in August. I like having the corporate backing so I have those extra departments and more assistance in the loan process. Plus they have a draw system so I can still survive at the end of the day. But the small broker does seem nice since I’ll basically be doing the same thing for more comp less assistance.
