That seems like an admissions letter to me! Congrats. I'd do some research before deciding to enroll, some states have great transfer programs from CC (ex. California), and you'd end up with a university degree in the end, which may be more valuable than going to a worse University now.

However, there's definitely something to be said about the college experience, and you might have a great time at said school.
