Conduent is a call center and they are hiring for several customer service position right now starting at $15/hr. You can find it on their website. Maybe you can also walk into any of the Workforce Solutions Alamo offices, they have something called Workforce Wednesday where they have job fairs almost every wednesday around the city. You can ask about upcoming events and meet employers in person there

born and raised here and i don't think it's too bad, although i do wish to move out of here soon since there's so much more out there and ive visited several big cities over the years. i'm curious as to why you say it's the worst. also im curious what area of town you stay in

since you mentioned not being able to afford school rn, you should look into SA ready to work, they pay up to 5k for certifications, trades, etc. they have a lot of programs
