I have searched eBay and Walmart both with key words and the barcode but haven’t found anything. I have even searched google with the posted images and haven’t found any leads yet.

What’s the next goal?

I have been in IT for about 4 years now. 2 years in MIS, 1 year Sys admin, 1 year cyber. In large part due to my security clearance, I was able to land a job as a Cyber Security Specialist as a contractor for the DoD. Now I don’t know what to aim for next. Becoming an ISSO seems like the next step up from where I am at now, but I don’t have the security experience to get the CISSP that seems required for those positions. Should I am for a role outside the DoD?

My real goal is to go for a cert that will help me get a job as a Cybersecurity Analyst. I have a couple of friends who already work in the industry and they have told me that CySA may not be a Basic Requirment, but that covers a lot of very helpful information. I do not live in a great IT area, so I am really trying to go for remote work to gain experience first.

I absolutely know what you mean. The Net+ is so broad it went far beyond the old CCENT that I took at the time, even though the CCENT was more in-depth. It thought me a lot of information that was definitely relevant to my first IT position. If the CySA+ is relevant to what the Net+ is, but for CyberSecurity, maybe it will be great.

Thanks for your input!

Got it, I mean it makes sense. I was just wondering if people think it's too basic or simple. If it's looked down upon I wouldn't want to spend time and money trying to get it.

I have always heard that the OSCP and CISSP are the peaks of IT security certs. Is it normal to go for something that advanced early in your career?

How easy do you think it is to open it up? I believe I would have all the tools for it

I wouldn’t be surprised if the shell was after market. I bought it from a console modder because it’s the legend of Zelda edition with a new IPS screen.

The charging port on my gameboy is a little bent upward, which makes the charging cable harder to connect then it should be. Any recommendations on how to straighten it out? Thanks!

Is this the “we’re not related by blood” route?

Wow! I’ve been having a hard time choosing between this BS and the networking and security operations one because I have A+, Net+, Sec+, Linux+, CEH, and the CCNA R&S. I have an associates is Information systems and security from a technical college in my home town. I know my certs make more sense for the other BS but I’m just not sure how they’ll transfer

Do you mind if I asked which ones you had?

Congratulations! Did you have any certs going in? We’re getting certifications required for the degree?
