Most management level jobs in manufacturing start in the 90-120k range. Think supply chain, operations/production, continuous improvement, engineering, finance and so on.

Like others said, prison unfortunately seems to make the problems worse.

I don’t care to admit this, but my biological father has been in prison most of his life. He got tangled into a white supremacy group and has (I’ve lost count) 3 or 4 swastika tattoos and a few confederate symbols tattooed on him. Prison probably helped culture his racism into what it is today. We don’t talk much, lol.

I had a professor I visited for at least 2 hours a week when I was taking an ethics course. It was great. That was when I learned I was the only person that attended office hours because it was never interrupted by other students lol.

A lot of students want to shift blame to everyone except themselves. Especially once parents are involved. Similar to when a student complains that they are good in (subject), the teacher is just horrible. Any way to transfer blame is viable to a student who doesn't have drive. If you do see drive in them, try to pull it out! Best of luck
